How EchoPilot works
Five steps, shown with the real values from the sample audit of Example Consulting, Calgary.
92 rules run across ten categories after three gating checks; each returns pass, partial, fail or not assessable, with its evidence. Category score = weighted pass rate of the rules that could be assessed; overall = weighted mean of the categories. Not-assessable rules are excluded, never counted as failures.
Every finding carries what the check actually read: the query, the tag, the count, the page. Nothing is asserted without a source, and a missing source is said so instead of guessed.
Failures are ordered gating first, then critical, high, medium, low, grouped by category, and turned into at most eight actions for the next 90 days, each with the rule ids behind it.
- Get the site verified and indexed in Google Search Console
- Rewrite the homepage title, description, H1 and opening lines
- Add Organization/LocalBusiness markup, FAQ markup and llms.txt
- Build one page per core service and start a resources section
- Finish email authentication by publishing a DMARC record
Each action has concrete steps for you or whoever you hand it to. Tick actions off as you go; the next memo takes your progress into account. On Growth and Managed, the month's post drafts are written from these actions, for your approval; on Managed, the approved ones go out on the Facebook Page or LinkedIn you connect.
The next monthly audit re-runs every check, shows the delta and refreshes the plan. Quick wins are the under-an-hour fixes that never wait for the big actions.

Research briefs: what your competitors changed, with the source for every line
Every Monday EchoPilot reads the public websites of up to 5 competitors you watch and records what changed: titles, headings, pricing pages and prices, and the dates of new posts. The weekly competitor watch explains those changes, and every line links to the stored reading it comes from; a line that cannot be traced to one is removed before you see it. A monthly market report and a review sentiment digest every other week follow the same rule. Google ratings are shown live from Google Maps, and nothing is read from social media.
EchoPilot improves the marketing signals you can control — your website, listings, reviews, content and online presence. No honest marketing platform can guarantee rankings or revenue, because competitors and the platforms themselves affect those outcomes too.
