Start here

Your first 30 days on EchoPilot, step by step. What to do today, this week and this month, and what each plan adds.

Who it's for

Everyone who just started a plan. The list on your dashboard follows these steps. Some steps tick themselves when they are done. You tick the others yourself.

Today, 15 minutes

  1. Check your business details. Name, website, address, phone, Google Business Profile link, social handles. Wrong details produce wrong findings. No website? Your Site Starter page is this step.
  2. Connect Google Business Profile. Unlocks 10 checks we can't see from outside.
  3. Open your audit. Your score, your 8 fixes in order, the evidence behind each.

This week

  1. Do fix #1. Each fix has its steps. Mark it done so the next audit verifies it.
  2. Set your voice for your channels (Growth and Managed only). How you sound and what never to say. The drafts use the channels that fit your business best. Growth drafts for 2 channels, Managed for 4.
  3. Approve your first drafts (Growth and Managed only). Edit, approve or reject. Nothing posts without you.
  4. Download your 90-day plan (PDF). Keep it where you plan your week.

This month

  1. Work through fixes 2–4. The monthly re-score shows what moved.
  2. Reply to reviews from the drafted replies (Managed only).
  3. Read the monthly summary. What changed, what's next.

The monthly summary

Once a month you get a short email: what changed since the last check, and what to do next. To turn it on or off, open Notifications under More.
