Audit and up
Weekly quick win
Each Tuesday, EchoPilot emails you one small step from your own 90-day plan, with a Done button you tap once.
Who it's for
Audit, Growth and Managed all include the weekly quick win, once you have a ready 90-day plan, which we call a memo. It is for busy owners who want one small step a week. On Managed, it also comes to Telegram if you linked it.
How to use it
- Find it on your Dashboard. The card called This week's quick win sits at the top right. Before Tuesday, it shows the step we plan to send.

- Get it by email. Every Tuesday from 9 AM in your business's time zone, we email one step from your memo. The email says what we found, the fix, how long it takes and where to make it. Everyone on your account gets it.

- Press Done or Skip this week. Use the buttons in the email or on the card. Done marks the step done in your memo, and your next audit checks it. Skip this week leaves the step open in your memo. No quick win comes that week, by email or on the card. The card says when the next one comes. Each email button works once, for 30 days.

- Turn it off if you like. Pick More, then Notifications, and press Turn off under Weekly quick win. You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. This also hides the card on your Dashboard. Sign-in links, audit emails, memos and billing emails still come.

What you'll see
We pick an open step from your latest memo. We look first for one that takes under an hour, the most important one first. A step we sent you isn't picked again for 8 weeks. When no open step is left, the emails stop by themselves until your next memo.

What it doesn't do
- It sends one step a week, never more.
- Skipping doesn't take the step out of your memo.
- Pressing Done doesn't change your score. Your next audit checks it.
- There is no quick win until you have a ready memo.
