Audit and up
Your 90-day memo
After an audit, EchoPilot writes a short plan of what to fix first and why, and you track each step in it.
Who it's for
Audit, Growth and Managed all include the memo. It is for anyone who makes the fixes, you or the person who helps you. Without a plan, you can still read your old memos, but you can't mark steps or download the PDF.
How to use it
- Open your memo. Pick Memo in the left menu. Your current plan sits at the top, with how many steps are done. Press Open the memo. Older memos are listed below it.

- Read the summary and the steps. A memo has up to 8 steps, most important first. Each step says who does it, how big the job is and the week to finish it by. Under each step, open How to do it for the steps in order. The memo also lists quick wins and things to keep an eye on.

- Mark your progress. Each step has a status: To do, In progress, Done or Dismissed. Press In progress when you start. Press Done when you finish. Press Dismiss if a step doesn't apply to you. Reopen puts a done or dismissed step back to To do.

- Watch the progress bar. The bar at the top shows how many steps are done. Dismissed steps don't count. The same bar sits on your Dashboard, under your next fix.

- Print it or download it. Press Print or Download PDF at the top of the memo.

What you'll see
After each scheduled audit, EchoPilot writes your memo by itself. We email it to you when it is ready. After an extra audit, press Generate memo on your Dashboard. It takes about a minute.
A memo may say In review for a while. Before we send a plan, we check that it never promises things nobody can promise, like more customers. If something needs a closer look, a person on our team reads it first. You get an email as soon as it's ready.
Your next audit checks your business again. The next memo then looks at what you marked:
- A done step that still fails comes back.
- A dismissed step only comes back with a different way to fix it.
- Steps still To do or In progress can carry over, and the memo says so.

What it doesn't do
- Marking a step Done doesn't change your score. Your next audit checks it.
- It doesn't make the changes for you.
- It doesn't promise a better place on Google, more visits or more sales.
