Growth and up
Approve your drafts
EchoPilot writes posts, Google Business updates and review replies for you, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
Who it's for
Drafts come with the Growth and Managed plans. Growth writes 12 social posts a month for 2 channels. Managed writes 24 posts for 4 channels, plus 4 Google Business updates a month and a reply to each review you bring in.
How to use it
- Open Drafts. Click Drafts in the left menu. The drafts that wait on you come first, and the tabs show what you approved, what was posted, or all of them.

- Read and change the text. Each card shows the channel, the word count and the draft. Click the text or Edit to change it, then click Save edit. If you change a draft you already approved, you need to approve it again.

- Approve or skip. Click Approve to keep a draft, or Skip to leave it out. To go faster, click a card and press A to approve or S to skip.

- Take your approved posts with you. On Social drafts, you can approve the whole month at once. Then download the approved posts as a text file, a spreadsheet file or a calendar file. Each approved post also has a Copy button.

- Check your brand voice. Under More, open Brand voice. EchoPilot first reads your voice from your own website. You can change the tone, the words to keep or avoid, and the competitors a draft must never name. Changes count for drafts written from then on.

What you'll see
Each month's drafts arrive a week before the month starts, so you have time to read them. You get an email when they are ready, and a reminder near the end of the month if some still wait. Your dashboard also lists what waits on you. A draft you have not approved by the last day of its month expires. It is never downloaded or posted. Review replies do not expire.

What it doesn't do
- It never sends anything you did not approve. There is no way to turn approval off.
- Every draft is checked before you see it. A draft that makes a promise, invents a fact or names a competitor on your list is written again, or held back.
- During a free trial you can edit and approve. Downloads and posting open with your first paid invoice.
- On Growth, you post the approved drafts yourself. Posting for you on a Facebook Page or LinkedIn is part of Managed.
