Managed and up
Reply to your reviews
Bring your reviews into EchoPilot, approve the reply written for each one, and post it on Google with one click.
Who it's for
Review replies come with the Managed plan. They are for owners who want to answer every review without starting from a blank page. Your audit also checks how often you reply (R4) and how fast you answer bad reviews (R5).
How to use it
- Set up the browser extension. The extension is a small add-on for your web browser. Open Connections and find the EchoPilot browser extension. Download it, create a device key, and paste the key into the extension. We show the key only once, so copy it right away.

- Bring your reviews in. Open your business's own listing on Google Maps. Click the EchoPilot button, then Scan & Import Reviews. Scanning again is safe, because we skip reviews you already have.

- Or upload a file. Have reviews in a spreadsheet, or from another site like Facebook? Under Reviews, open Import reviews and pick your file. You match your columns to ours before the import.

- Read and approve each reply. Each new review without a reply gets a draft. Open Drafts to see the review and its reply. Change the text if you like, then click Approve.

- Post it on Google. Sign in to Google as the listing's owner and open your listing. Click the EchoPilot button, open the Queue tab and click Fill reply. The text appears in Google's box. Read it, then click Post yourself.

What you'll see
The Reviews page lists every review you brought in, with its stars, date and source. Bad reviews of two stars or fewer are marked Negative. You can filter by rating and by status. A reply you approved shows as Approved until you post it. There is a daily limit on new reply drafts. The rest are written the next day, and you can always write one yourself.

What it doesn't do
- It never posts a reply for you. The extension fills Google's box, and you click Post.
- The extension only reads Google. Use a file for Facebook, Trustpilot and other sites.
- It does not bring reviews in on its own yet. Google hasn't opened that access to EchoPilot, so use the extension or a file.
- During a free trial you can edit and approve. The extension's queue opens with your first paid invoice.
