How 90-day memos work
What a 90-day memo is, what's inside, when you get one, what In review means, and how to work through it.
Updated
A memo is your plan for the next 90 days. This page explains what's in it and how to use it.
What a memo is
After an audit of your business, EchoPilot writes you a short plan for the next 90 days. We call it a memo. It tells you what to fix first and why, in plain words.
What's inside
- A short summary of where you stand.
- Up to eight actions, most important first.
- A few quick wins you can do in under an hour.
- A watchlist: things that are fine now but worth keeping an eye on.
Working through it
Press Done when you finish an action. Press Dismiss if it doesn't apply to you. You can undo either one with Reopen.
Your next audit looks at your business again. A done action that still fails comes back in your next memo. A dismissed action only comes back with a different way to fix it. Open actions can carry over, and the memo says so.
When you get one
After each scheduled audit, once a month, EchoPilot writes your memo by itself. We email it to you when it is ready.
Ran an extra audit yourself? Press Generate memo next to it on your dashboard. It doesn't use up any of your extra audits.
Ready and In review
Ready: you can open it now.
In review: before we send a plan, we check that it never promises things nobody can promise, like more customers. If something needs a closer look, a person on our team reads it first. You get an email as soon as it's ready.
Download any memo as a PDF to share or print. Press PDF next to it in the list.
What it is not
A memo lists fixes to the things EchoPilot checks: your website, your listings, your reviews and your profiles.
It doesn't promise a better place on Google, more visits or more sales. Nobody can promise that honestly.
