Plans, pricing and the money-back guarantee
Audit, Growth and Managed prices monthly and yearly, what each includes, and the 14-day money-back guarantee as written in the terms.
Updated
EchoPilot has three plans, each subscription covering one business, billed in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes, monthly or yearly. Every figure below comes from the same constants that render /pricing.
Prices
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Yearly per month | You save per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Audit | $99 | $950 | $79 | $238 |
| Growth | $299 | $2,870 | $239 | $718 |
| Managed | $499 | $4,790 | $399 | $1,198 |
Yearly billing is twelve months for the price of 9.6, rounded to the dollar: 20% off the monthly price. Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout; EchoPilot never stores card details.
What each plan includes
Audit — the monthly audit of 92 checks, including the full AI visibility (by Echorank) check, 1 on-demand audit per billing period, the 90-day memo.
Growth — everything in Audit, plus 12 drafted posts a month across 2 channels chosen for your business from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Google Business, 2 on-demand audits per period, and the AI answer checks (whether Claude names and correctly describes your business for 3 questions about your service and city, via Echorank). You approve each draft and download the approved ones as CSV or Markdown to post.
Managed — everything in Growth, plus 24 drafted posts a month across 4 channels, 4 Google Business update drafts a month, review reply drafts, and on-demand re-audits (30 per period, still one per 24 hours). The browser extension fills approved Google Business replies and updates into Google; you click Post.
Managed also includes the research briefs at /app/research: a weekly competitor watch of up to 5 competitors (what changed on their public websites: titles, headings, pricing pages and prices, new post dates), a monthly market report, a review sentiment digest every other week and a weekly AI-visibility benchmark (by Echorank) of your homepage against those competitors. Every line of a brief links to the stored reading it comes from, and a line that cannot be traced to one is removed. The briefs are built from public websites, your own imported reviews and, where shown, Google ratings fetched live from Google Maps with attribution (rating history comes only from a separate provider and is labelled as such). Nothing is read from social media.
Arriving later. A line on /pricing marked "Arriving later" is not available yet. It is part of the plan and switches on when released, at no extra charge (terms §5.2); /app/billing shows the same marker. Everything listed without it works today; see Approval flow and export.
One business per subscription. Each subscription covers one business: one monthly audit, one memo and one content plan. To add another business, create a separate EchoPilot account for it with its own subscription. Audit frequency is detailed in How often audits run per plan.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
Audit carries the badge "14-day money-back guarantee"; Growth and Managed start with a 7-day free trial instead (below). The money-back guarantee, as written in the terms §5.6:
If EchoPilot isn't useful in your first 14 days, email [email protected] and we refund the first payment in full.
The conditions are:
- it covers the first payment only, monthly or yearly;
- once per business;
- it must be requested within 14 days of the first charge;
- it is refunded to the original payment method, and the subscription ends when the refund is issued;
- it does not apply to renewals, to plan changes, or to accounts terminated for cause.
This is a refund term, not a promise about outcomes. EchoPilot does not and cannot promise search positions, traffic, leads or revenue.
Other refund terms
The 7-day free trial on Growth and Managed
Growth and Managed start with a 7-day free trial (terms §5.7). A card is taken at sign-up and the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then from Billing. During the trial the audit, the memo, and the drafting and approval of content work in full; the release of approved content (the download, and on Managed the browser extension's fill-in) opens with the first paid invoice. One trial per business: a business that has had a subscription before starts without one, and a subscription that began with a trial is not covered by the money-back guarantee. Audit has no trial.
Separately from the money-back guarantee, if a paid audit fails to run for reasons on EchoPilot's side and it cannot be fixed within 7 days of your report, the affected period is refunded (terms §5.5). Dissatisfaction with a score, or with how any platform treats your business, is not a service failure.
Changing plans
Moving between plans is done in the Stripe billing portal ("Manage billing" on /app/billing), so Stripe prorates the change. Checkout buttons are for accounts without a live subscription. After a downgrade, queued content above the new quota is marked unavailable on tier rather than published.
Price changes
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period (terms §5.9).
Where the service is offered
The service is not offered to persons in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (terms §2). A billing address in a restricted territory leads to cancellation and refund.
The free score
The free score costs nothing, needs no account, and stays free regardless of plan.
